The ACC Foundation is pleased to present the 2025 State of Cybersecurity Report, An In-House Perspective. This report sheds light on the growing role that legal departments are playing in organization-wide cybersecurity policies and practices.
The data included in the report represents 278 in-house legal professionals across 16 countries and 20 industries around the world, providing a comprehensive understanding of how legal departments in organizations of different sizes engage in cybersecurity matters.
